About Us

Oculus Lovers is made up of a team of dedicated VR enthusiasts. Our team spends countless hours seeking out new apps and reviewing them.

After discussing the merits of new apps, we carefully identify the best 10 apps available on Meta's App Labs and rank them from the very best to the 10th best.

We are hopeful that the work we spend trying and reviewing new apps will save others time and good apps get the recognition they deserve.

Planet Theta is the first VR Dating App and it is legit! There is something special about this app that has nothing to do with dating. Their partnerships with Live CGI and other top industry talent really shows. They have tons of unique gestures including hugs & kissing that actually work. It is clearly one of highest budget VR apps coming on to the market and will likely be a game-changer for the VR industry.

Gorilla Tag is so good we might call it a genre inventor because its pvp environment is so naturally fun and so difficult to compare to anything else out there. Knock offs are on there way, but this is the real deal. Gorilla Tag is one of the best competitive multiplayer games in all of VR.

PavlovShackBeta-1024x576.png

Pavlov is already a known hit to legacy VR users for its success on Steam & PCVR.  Now Vankrupt Games brings us this much anticipated stand alone version of this FPS game.  Known well for its realism and multiplayer game play, its a must try for any new convert to VR.  Whether or not the Quest 2 version meets the mark of its PCVR accomplishments... we leave that for you the user to decide. We have yet to see their final product as this is still very much an early access product.

This game makes our list for combination of ambitions. We love pirates and we love open world games.  VR is sorely missing open world games, especially quest 2 games. This early access game is reaching to scratch both these itches. Who doesn't love a good treasure hunting game?

Every anime mech fan ever has been waiting for this game. Amazing points for immersion, this game puts you right in the cockpit of a giant mech fulfilling all sorts of dreams of sci fi lovers. Mech fighting may not be for everyone, but we think that most VR users will enjoy this quality production.

If only one flight simulator is going to make this list its going to be this one.  This isn't Warplanes or Ace Combat, but this is what you should be drawn to for anyone who wants a taste of flying an actual plane. Fulfill your wish of being a real pilot. One of our team is an actual pilot and confirms how real this app feels.

#7 Maloka

Blade n Sorcery won't stay the only combat app on the Quest 2 forever. This serious contender for fantasy combat brings a high-quality game to the user in its immersion and physics. Satisfy your urge to slice up goblins with this game.

VR is changing and its changing fast. If you want a sneakpeak at where a lot of it is going to go soon, you have to try out this Demo of hand tracking tech and where its going. Meta put this one together just for that purpose, its worth the peak.
